You may have noticed that we are including more lay-led prayers to our worship services, particularly when either Pastor Curt or Rev. Mollie are out of town. As Congregationalists, we celebrate the voices of all who are a part of the community, not just the ordained ministers. We feel that including more diverse voices in worship is valuable.   We are hosting a workshop on being a liturgist on Sunday, June 4. The “liturgist” is a name for a person who reads prayers and helps to lead worship. Please consider joining us for this workshop if you are interested in learning more about writing prayers, offering prayers during worship, or just about how the various parts of service come together.
