The Colorado State Senate recently passed a bill that would outlaw the use of the death penalty in the state of Colorado moving forward. The House will take up the issue later this year and Governor Jarod Polis has indicated that he will sign the bill if it gets to his desk. The Bible does not clearly come down on one side of the issue or the other. Please join us on Sunday, March 29, from 11:30 am-1:00 pm for a conversation about the death penalty. We know that this is potentially a controversial topic but feel strongly that talking to one another and listening to one another around difficult topics is important.
