Allison hails from Georgia and moved here with her husband, Jacob, in 2018. She has over a decade of experience working with churches all over the country, as well as a strong background in the arts after pursuing fine arts and theatrical design. She also recently graduated from Sotheby’s Institute of Art London, where she studied curation for museums and galleries. When not in the office, you’ll find her drawing, exploring the Botanical Gardens, the art museum, or hanging with her cat, Olaf!

Rahul hails from New Delhi, India. He moved to Scottsdale, Arizona in 2004 and moved to Denver metro in early 2021. He is an MBA with an undergraduate in Business Studies from Delhi University. He has worked for over 20 years and his last two positions were in financial operations with Blackberry and American Express. He is married with two adult kids. His wife is an electrical engineer with Jacobs Engineering. His daughter is a doctor with Kaiser Permanente in Oakland, CA and his son is a mechanical engineer working with Schneider Electric Company in Boston, MA. In his spare time, Rahul loves hiking and traveling with his wife.

Nick is a third-year Doctoral student in Conducting at the University of Northern Colorado.  At UNC, Nick teaches advanced conducting and rehearsal techniques in the music education department as well as serving as director of the University Singers. Nick also serves as Artistic Director of the One World Singers, a community choir based in Denver. He recently received his Masters of Music in Choral Conducting at San Diego State University. He sang in SDSU’s Chamber Choir, Concert Choir, and University Chorus while serving as assistant director of all three choirs during his master’s program.  Nick also served as director of choirs at Challenger School in Palo Alto prior to embarking on graduate school. Nick received his B.M. in Music Education at Willamette University, studying under Dr. Wallace Long.

Alan was born and raised in Colorado but moved to Lincoln, Nebraska to attend Union College, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Music. He did post-graduate work in voice, organ, and music history at The University of Nebraska, Lincoln. He also holds a degree in Pharmacy Sciences from Creighton University. He was Music Director/Organist at Antelope Park Church for 32 years. Alan decided to move back to Colorado in 2018 and lives in Lakewood with his partner, Michael Percival, who is a Specialties Buyer for Whole Foods Market. They have four furry children, Miko, Misha, Rusty, and Sasha.

Ashly Harmison (she/her) lives in Denver with her husband, Vince (he/him), and their child, Milo (he/she/they). They enjoy being at home with our cats, exploring new events in Denver, and love any excuse to dress up! Ashly is a substitute preschool teacher, specializing in toddlers and potty training. She is very excited to get to know Lakewood UCC! Feel free to pop in and say hi, see what she and the littles are up to on Sunday!
